NWChem – 2020/9/23

Installed 7.0.0 on Maple for Juganta Roy. Used GCC, MVAPICH2, and Intel MKL. Created module. Untested as of writing. Notes in Ben’s notebook.

Circlator – 2020/9/23

Installed on Maple for Hom. Installed using conda in its own environment.

SPAdes – 2020/9/24

Installed on Maple for Hom. Installed binaries and created module. Turns out it’s also available through conda. Hom keeps calling it metaspades.

Autometa – 2020/9/24

Installed on Maple for Hom. Installed binaries and created module. Used existing Anaconda Python environment. Still need to download databases.
