System Update

Monday afternoon Sequoia suffered a boot drive failure. It is back up as of last night. You will need to resubmit any jobs that were running at the time.

On Monday, November 13th, Catalpa will be brought down to investigate some hardware issues that we’ve been seeing. We hope to have it back up within a couple of days.

We’d like to officially announce our “new” system, Maple. Like Sequoia, Maple is a cluster. While it has slightly fewer CPU cores than Sequoia, the cores are much newer. Some Maple nodes have GPUs. The nodes have either 64 or 128GB of memory.
