Getting help

MCSR’s small staff provides support via email, phone, and in person. We are generally open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We follow the holiday schedule of the University of Mississippi.

Before contacting us, please have a look at the appropriate pages on our Documentation page. Our web site also has a search function that can be helpful in finding relevant information.

Our email address for support is assist@mcsr.olemiss.edu. All MCSR staff see these emails, which means that we can get back with you quicker and with better information. We do our best to answer your emails within four business hours.
